Adrian* grew up in a violent household. A few months ago, his mother survived a brutal attack by her husband. In a fit of jealous rage, he stabbed her multiple times, before tragically taking his own life by setting himself on fire.
Adrian witnessed the entire ordeal and, with his four siblings, the family needs love and support as they repair and rebuild. Unsurprisingly, Adrian exhibits signs of severe PTSD and fear.
The path to healing for this family will be long and difficult, and The Village of Hope will be with them every step of the way. This includes immediate aid – providing food, clothing, and medical care – as well as long-term emotional and psychological support.
